Return and Replacement Policy

Replacement or Return Conditions:


For replacement or return, it is important that the product is intact with its original packaging and in the condition it was in at the time of purchase, along with all its accessories and instructions. Therefore, please ensure its safety and packaging.

The replacement period is 7 days, and the return period is 3 days.

We will issue a return or replacement invoice within 1 to 4 days, and once it is received from the carrier, it will be sent to the customer. Then, the customer must hand it over to the carrier within a maximum of one week in the same city where it was first received.

Once the returned order is received from the shipping company, the amount will be refunded to the customer within 3 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method.

In the case of replacement or return, after the product is handed over by the shipping company, the customer bears the shipping fees + cash on delivery charges (return or replacement) for the product and its re-shipment after replacement within a period of up to 15 days due to delays by shipping companies. (If the order had a manufacturing defect or a size error by us,) the store will bear the full shipping cost.

If your order is from special offers or discounts and the offer ended before your request for replacement, we will not be able to provide the same offer or discount.
